How do I cancel my Paid Subscription?
Login to the website at www.thefundingletter.beehiiv.com. You can do so on the website, OR if you click the “Read Online” link at the top left of one of our recent newsletters, it’ll direct you to the website and auto-login to your account.
Click on the icon in the top right (shown below), and select “Manage Subscription”
On this next page (shown below), you can either A) Cancel Premium Subscription [red rectangle], which will mean you lose access to our daily newsletter emails and premium-only Datasets, but you will still receive an occasional email from us and will keep you on our free list. Or you can B), Unsubscribe [blue oval], which will cancel your premium subscription and remove your email from our system, all at once.
I am a Founding Subscriber, and I receive The Funding Letter at a special rate. How do I cancel?
Please email us at [email protected] to cancel your subscription! Due to your unique rate, the typical cancellation process doesn’t work as intended, and we will need to manually cancel your subscription. Please expect a ~24-hour response time. Thanks!
